After struggling to get an urgent appointment for ear wax removal for a few days, I stumbled upon this place on Google and I am so glad I did. I managed to find an appointment on the same day and it was all very efficiently done online. When I arrived, I had a fantastic experience overall. Livingston was very thorough and professional and kept me informed throughout the procedure and it was pain free. Livingston at Premium Care Hearing was extremely helpful in helping me decide on which hearing aids to choose. There was a wide choice and I was able to try the hearing aids before deciding. My GP advised me to have micro suction carried out. I found Livingston on Google and I'm really impressed with the service. Livingston is very professional and knowledgeable and as I've never had this procedure before I found him to be very gentle throughout the procedure, he even took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again if required.

I was very nervous about this appointment but Livingston was wonderful. I took my husband with me and used the app on my phone to transcribe the conversations because my hearing is so poor. He explained in detail what the tests were for and how they would help determine the cause of my hearing problem. He explained the results to me and probable causes. Turns out hearing aids will not help my condition and a cochlear implant is my way forward, so don't be afraid that you will be edged into something which is not right for you, he's a very honest and trustworthy man. He's also an excellent clinician and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

A suction machine was used, although a bit noisy it didn't hurt. I had a pressure problem in one ear, so a test was done to both ears, then I was shown a graph with the pressure readings on which I took photos of and was then able to show to my doctor. Thoroughly recommend this service.
