About

Meet Livingston and the thinking behind Premium Care Hearing.

I am the Director and Audiologist at Premium Care Hearing in Basingstoke and Livingstons Hearing and Vision in Reading. My focus is straightforward: accurate diagnostics, calm advice, and hearing care that feels personal rather than rushed.

Hello

A local independent clinic built around careful diagnostics and empathetic care.

Better outcomes come from the right technology, superior testing, and genuinely empathetic care.

This is the idea that shaped the clinic.

I hold registration with the Hearing Care Professional Council and have been a member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists. I am also certified as a wax removal clinician, qualified to provide micro-suction ear wax removal.

I earned both my Bachelors and Masters degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology. Since qualifying in 2015, I have focused on serving the community with knowledge, compassion, and practical support.

My professional journey began in a hearing aid manufacturing company as an audiology product trainer. In 2016, I moved into clinical services with one of the world's largest hearing aid providers, later running a Reading clinic for six years as both clinic manager and audiologist.

In 2022, I expanded into NHS and private care for a well known high street optical and hearing care company. That experience reinforced something important: satisfaction depends not only on technology, but also on precise diagnostics and how people are cared for throughout the process.
